Some rules and guidelines of the Residence are summarized below to facilitate booking and accommodation operations. In particular:

Reservation

When booking, please note that:

- The price shown is per apartment
- To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay is required
- Credit and debit cards are accepted at the Residence. Checks are not accepted

If the Booking Online section does not show availability for the indicated period, it is advisable to contact the Residence's booking office for further information and consultation of the last minute offers.

During the booking procedure with "Booking Online" you are asked to enter the data of your credit card (Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard), which will be used by us to charge you the deposit required by the booking conditions and which you accept at the time of online booking. You will receive a first e-mail confirming the reservation. A second e-mail will then be sent to you with the amount of the deposit itself, 30% of the total stay, which was charged to you.

You can send us a fax to 0039 0184 530700 where you authorize us to charge your Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express card by writing the 16-digit number of the card itself, the expiry date, the amount of the deposit that you authorize us to charge you by signing the fax itself and attaching a copy of the card.

How to book the beaches

The affiliated private beaches located in front of the Residence must in any case be booked by phone or email.

To take advantage of the agreement, our guests must deliver our ticket to the beach with the stamp and signature of the Reception staff.

Dogs allowed

Very small dogs are welcome (maximum 1 dog per apartment and no more than 6kg) as long as they do not disturb other guests and are not left alone in the apartment.
Please indicate their presence at the time of booking.

Currency Exchange

We advise our guests to arrive in San Remo bringing currency in euros with them as our facility does not exchange currency and unfortunately there are no agencies that provide this service in San Remo. Banking institutions do not exchange currency for those who are not customers of the Bank itself.
